Ekaya's supported housing client groups

Core area of service delivery
 
  • Needs assessment/Support plan - On referral, the needs of the client will be assessed and a support plan drawn up. This will be done together with the client, and will be continually reviewed.
 
Who should be referred?
 
Young pregnant women and mothers aged 16 – 21 who are registered as homeless with the Homeless Persons Units or Special Housing Units at the Local Authority.
 
Who can make referrals?
 
Only Referring Agents can make referrals
 
Referring agents are:
 
  • Local Authority Housing Units
  • Social Services
 
Where to send applications
 
All Referral Application forms should be sent to Referral agents who will in turn forward applications to Ekaya.
Ekaya does not receive forms directly from applicants.
