The Referral Process/How to apply for a property

Who should be referred?

 Young pregnant women and mothers aged 16 – 25 who are registered as homeless with the Homeless Persons Units or Special Housing Units at the Local Authority.

 Who can make referrals
  
Referring agents are:
 
  • Local Authority Homeless Persons Units
  • Local authorities Special Housing Units
  • Statutory agencies
  • Voluntary organisations working in partnership with Local Authority Homeless Persons Units
