How will I know if I'm up to date with my rent?
When you pay your rent, you will be given a receipt. It is important that you keep these receipts. Every 3 months Ekaya Housing will send you a statement of your rent account. If you think that we have made a mistake on your account please let your House Manager know. If you wish to have a copy of your rent statement at any other time please ask your House Manager
General needs tenants will be sent monthly rent statements as detailed in our Service Standards.
