Lettings Policy
Ekaya Housing Association is a charitable housing association, registered with & regulated by the Tenants Services Authority which aims to provide good quality of housing & support services primarily to black and ethnic minority women, their families and other groups with similar needs. Ekaya has approximately 350 General Needs & Supported housing homes, mainly in the London Boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Greenwich, Croydon, and Wandsworth, and Merton.
The Association is committed to providing homes to women in housing need in South-East London.
Ekaya Housing Association does not operate a waiting list and will not consider direct applications from individuals seeking rehousing.The Association works closely with local authority partners & referral agencies to ensure we contribute to meeting local housing needs.
We offer homes to:
-People nominated to us by the local authorities
-Our own tenants needing a transfer
-Our Supported Housing tenants moving to independent
accommodation
-Appointed Referral Agency
