Every year,if your home has a gas appliance, a CORGI registered gas engineer commisioned by Ekaya will visit you.They will carry out a safety check on your gas installation(s) appliances owned by Ekaya. No charge will be made for this work.

 

The visiting engineer will leave you with a copy of the landlords Gas Safety record to inforn you that your gas installation and appliances have been tested. If any appliance is found to be unsafe, we will arrange for repairs to be carried out.

 

Important : You are required by Law to allow access for a CORGI registered engineer appointed by Ekaya to service your gas appliance.Ekaya will ensure that residents are given reasonable notice of when the engineers will visit.
