Getting Involved

Ekaya Housing Association recognises that customer involvement is vital to ensure that customers continue to receive high quality services that meet their needs and expectations. Our objective is to provide a wide range of opportunities for customers to get involved.  

User Involvement
At Ekaya we are committed to work in partnership with our service users and promote their involvement in decision making process.Through information, consultation and participation, we ensure that our tenants can communicate their needs and wishes and make informed choices.
 We have a number of initiatives to ensure that our tenants have an opportunity to participate. In February 2003 the tenants’ customer panel was set up opening the way for our tenants to be more involved in the services we provide and decide if our services are cost effective,efficient and meet their expectations and make suggestions for continuous improvement.
 
The Customer Panel members will meet at the convenient time for everyone and Ekaya will cover travel expenses.
