INCREASING CUSTOMER INVOLVEMENT
Ekaya Housing Association recognises that customer involvement is vital to ensure that customers continue to receive high quality services that meet their needs and expectations. Our objective is to provide a wide range of opportunities for customers to get involved. We are dedicated to having customers at the highest level within the organisational structure (i.e. the Board of Ekaya), but we recognise that decisions on the actual level of involvement must be customer driven. However we are positive that with appropriate support, encouragement and training, our customers will feel sufficiently empowered to get involved and work together to continually improve the service provision. We realise that not everybody has the time or wishes to be involved in committees but most people have views on how services should be provided and by listening to our customers we can improve our services.
