Background
Bethlehem is a Chartered Qualified Accountant with over 17 years’ experience across social care, housing, and the charity sector. She currently serves as Deputy CEO and Director of Finance at St Martin of Tours Housing Association.
She specialises in strengthening financial performance, leading change management initiatives, and driving systems and digital transformation.
Bethlehem has a strong interest in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. She values engaging with residents, listening to their voices, and adding meaningful social value to their day-to-day lives. She believes in treating everyone with fairness and respect, and in adopting approaches that recognise and respond to individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model for residents and staff.
