Nusula has been a tenant of Ekaya Housing Association since 2008, and is the Chair of the Customer Panel.
She is eager to ensure that the tenant voice is heard at the highest level of decision-making, with particular interest in organisational governance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
With over 10 years in the insurance sector, Nusula specialises in claims recovery and customer service, consistently meeting financial objectives and driving results. She also brings experience in safeguarding practices, the Early Years Learning Framework, youth engagement, and customer service.
Nusula is the co-founder of Childminder Economics, advocating for childminders as essential professionals, and founder of Shan’s Bubbly Tiney Home Nursery.
